Our Return Policy
NO RESTOCK FEE
 
You read it right.  If you bought a product from us and just weren't satisfied with it, we don't charge you a restock fee, and we have a 30 day return policy.
 
Items That are not Returnable
  • Waterbed pumps-Warranty exchange only
  • All sheet sets that have been opened-Defective exchange
  • Used Waterbed covers for Wood Frame waterbeds-Returnable only if defective
  • Mattress pads that have been opened-Defective exchange
  • Any Special order items-Defective exchange only
 
Here's How it works
  • Shipping is free for your original purchase.
  • Within 30 days of receipt of your product, if you decide to return it you will be responsible for original shipping charges.
  • Original shipping costs will be deducted upon the return of the item.
  • You are responsible for shipping charges for returning the item in the original box(es).  We do not pick up any products.
 
What if I fill a waterbed mattress, is it still returnable?
  • We realize that you can't try a mattress over the internet.
  • We will (one time only) exchange the mattress for one of equal or greater value (the difference you would pay).
  • The original shipping plus the shipping for the new mattress would then be your responsibility.
  • Returning the first mattress in the original box would also be your responsibility.
 
Shipping Policy
  • Shipping of most items is free.
  • Variations of charges can be added due to area or region.
  • If there is a change in charges, you will be notified through phone or email byKCBeds.
  • Bed purchases can incur additional charges due to location of shipment.
  • KCBeds allows a certain amount for shipping in our free shipping policy.
  • Any additional charges will be billed to the consumer.
 
To Return an item
  • Contact KCBeds for an RNA #
  • We will send you details on returning the purchase in an email
  • We will send you a list of items to be returned
  • When we get the item back in our warehouse we will issue a credit memo minus any shipping costs.

Make sure you purchase tracking when returning your product . We are not responsible for lost items.  Please ship UPS or Fedex.  If sending by postal service, you MUST return with delivery confirmation.  Please be sure to purchase enough insurance to cover the value of the merchandise.
